The Brief
Build a cohesive visual story across six Harlem venues over five days — without losing each space's specific point of view.

The Shoot
Pre-production walkthroughs at every venue. A single LUT and editorial grid locked before day one so every venue felt like one publication.

The Result
Imagery licensed by NYCxDESIGN and re-published by participating studios. The hero film became the program's official 2024 recap and seeded the 2026 Festival Harlem program.
